Crime Check Foundation visited Angela after raising the receiving the money with a staff from ADB.

They presented the cash to her and opened an account for her at ADB so the money will be properly kept for her.

The post the foundation wrote on their social media platforms reads; We shared the sad story of Angela, a widow with three kids whose working capital is one hundred Ghana cedis. She could not control her emotions when we gave her 500 cedis and some for her the first time we interviewed her.

The post continued; After airing her story, we got 44 individuals to donate an amount of twenty one thousand one hundred and thirty eight cedis to her. Guess what she did after receiving the money.

An ADB official accompanied us to open an account for her. Many many thanks to all our donors who have completely changed the life of forgotten widow Angela. May God richly bless you.”
