Ghana’s Final 23-Man Squad For AFCON 2019 named as the Black Stars of Ghana prepares to conquer Africa. The final 23-man team has also been released by head coach, Akwesi Appiah.
As usual, there are notable names who couldn’t have missed the tournament, but the surprise omission was Abdul Majid Warris.
The Nantes striker didn’t make the final cut after having several good times with the team and this will come as a major blow to him.
Others who were also snubbed were Asante Kotoko’s Abdul Saffiu, Hearts of Oak’s Mohammed Hassan.
